Gift card terms and conditions
1. General
These Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of gift cards on this website from Fjällräven Retail USA LLC ("Seller") and your subsequent use to purchase goods. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions of the Seller may also apply, unless otherwise stated in the Gift Card Terms and Conditions below.
The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate these Gift Card Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The most recent version of the Gift Card Terms and Conditions will be available here and the posted version will apply at the time of your purchase.
2. Use of gift cards
Gift cards can only be used to make purchases of goods from the Seller´s online shops at fjallraven.com in the original currency the gift card was purchased in. You can use the gift card to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected good(s). If the value of the gift card is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the Seller can be chosen to settle the difference.
Your gift card balance will be updated after each transaction in which the gift card is used.
You can always check your current balance online at https://www.fjallraven.com/ca/en-ca/gift-card-information. The balance is generally adjusted after you make a purchase, but the updated balance may be delayed for a period of time.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
The number of gift cards you can purchase is limited to 10 per transaction.
You can only redeem 10 gift cards per purchase.
If you use a gift card in addition to another payment method for a purchase and you subsequently return the purchased good(s), the gift card will be refunded first and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to the other payment option.
Gift cards cannot be retroactively credited to a purchase. You can of course use your gift card for any subsequent purchase.
The value and/or balance of the gift card is not refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
You may transfer the gift card to a different owner.
3. Payment
Payment for gift cards can be made via the available payment options. Please read more here.
The minimum value per gift card is 10 CAD. The maximum value per gift card you can purchase is 1000 CAD.
4. Delivery
Gift cards are electronic and will be sent by e-mail unless otherwise agreed.
The gift card will be sent to the chosen recipient's email address immediately after the purchase is complete or at the specific delivery date requested by you.
5. Validity
Gift cards and remaining balances on gift cards can be redeemed at any time and do not expire. No fees apply to your use of gift cards.
6. Limited Liability
Please treat your gift card as cash. The Seller will not be liable for gift cards once purchased, which are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged, and they will not be replaced.
