Terms & Conditions – Forever Fjällräven Club

1. General Information
The Forever Fjällräven Club (hereinafter “Program”) is an exclusive membership program operated by Fjällräven International AB, Box 209, 89125 Örnsköldsvik, Sweden (hereinafter “we”, “Fjällräven” or “us”) where you as a member (“you”) can collect points and benefits.

Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Program, the collection and redemption of points, and the use of Program-related benefits.

2. Eligibility
Participation is open exclusively to natural persons aged 18 years or older. The Program is intended solely for private use and may not be used for commercial purposes. It is only possible to have one (1) active membership “account” per person and registered e-mail address. Membership is personal and may not be transferred.

Your membership applies to the market associated with the Fjällräven website on which you register. A market may include one country or a group of countries served by the same website and delivery terms. Points and benefits can only be earned or redeemed for purchases made through eligible sales channels in that market, in accordance with the delivery area and currency applicable to that website. The currently eligible markets, websites, sales channels and regional restrictions are listed in your member area and/or on our website and may be updated from time to time.

3. Registration and Marketing Consent
To participate in the Program, you must register through one of our designated Fjällräven websites. The currently available registration websites are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Participation requires the following mandatory information:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Country
  • Date of birth

By registering as a member of the Program, you also give your consent to receive marketing communications from us, including newsletters, personalized offers, event invitations and promotional content via email and/or SMS. Providing this consent is part of the registration process and required to complete membership registration.

You may withdraw your consent at any time without losing your membership or core benefits. Essential communications related to your membership, such as information about your points balance, vouchers, changes to the Program’s Terms and Conditions or invitations to member events, will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.

You confirm that all data provided is accurate. If any of your personal information changes, you must update it via your online account or by contacting our customer service.

If you no longer wish to be a member, you can terminate your membership at any time. See more information under Section 9 “Termination.”

If we identify that your registration is invalid (e.g. due to incorrect information, lack of eligibility, or multiple registrations), we reserve the right to reject your application or delete your account.

Participation begins with successful registration confirmed by us. Once registered, you can log into your personal account on our website to view your profile, collected points, member status, rewards and transaction history. 

4. Membership Levels and Benefits
The Program includes three status levels: Bronze Fox, Silver Fox and Gold Fox. Your status level is determined by the number of points credited to your account within a calendar year (January 1 – December 31).

For the purposes of determining your status level, only points that have been successfully credited to your account during the relevant calendar year will be counted, regardless of the date of purchase or delivery. Because points from purchases are credited only after the applicable return period has ended and any necessary processing time has passed (normally this means points are credited 45 days after the order date, but this period may be longer if an extended return period applies), purchases made late in the year may result in points being credited in the following calendar year and therefore counted towards that year’s status level.

Redeeming points does not affect your status level.

All new members start at the Bronze Fox level. On January 1 of each year, your status is updated based on the number of points credited to your account during the previous calendar year:

  • Silver Fox status is granted if you earned at least 8001 points in the previous calendar year.
  • Gold Fox status is granted if you earned at least 20001 points in the previous calendar year.

If you did not earn the required number of points, your status will be downgraded accordingly. Redeeming points does not reduce your status.

Members are not downgraded below Bronze Fox, unless their membership is terminated (see Section 9).

You will be notified by email whenever your status level changes (promotion or downgrade).

Depending on your status, you may receive various benefits such as early access to promotions, free shipping or enhanced point redemption. The specific benefits for each status are published on our website and/or in the member area and may be adjusted from time to time, provided such changes are reasonable and clearly communicated.

5. Earning Points
You can earn points through eligible purchases and selected non-purchase activities (e.g. profile completion, reviews, referrals, or learning modules).

The specific activities, rules, and point values are published in your member area and/or on our website. We reserve the right to change or add earning options at any time.

Note: Points can only be earned in connection with transactions made through eligible sales channels. These may include online shops and, in the future, potentially brand-owned stores. The currently eligible sales channels and applicable regional restrictions (e.g. eligible delivery countries) are listed in your member area and/or on our website. We reserve the right to update the list of eligible sales channels and countries at any time.

For eligible purchases, you earn 10 points for every 1 EUR spent (excluding shipping fees). Other activities (e.g. completing a profile, writing reviews) may earn fixed point amounts. The specific earning rules are published in your member area and/or on our website. We may also run limited-time campaigns such as “double points” promotions. Specific rules for these will be provided in each case.

Points can only be earned for purchases made while logged into your membership account. If you make a purchase without being logged in, points will not be automatically credited. In certain cases and at our sole discretion, we may manually add points after the applicable return period has passed, provided you submit valid proof of purchase.

Points from purchases are credited to your account automatically 45 days after the order date. 

If we grant an extended return period (for example in connection with seasonal offers), the crediting of points may be delayed and will only occur after the applicable return period has ended and a necessary processing time has passed.

If the purchase contract is cancelled within that period (e.g. by withdrawal, return or cancellation), no points will be credited. We also reserve the right to cancel any points already credited if the purchase is cancelled after they have been posted, or in cases of non-payment, misuse or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Points Validity and Redemption
Points are valid for 36 months from the date they are credited to your account.

You can redeem points for vouchers, which may be used as a payment method in selected sales channels operated by us. The currently eligible channels and applicable conditions are listed in your member area and/or on our website. We reserve the right to update eligible channels at any time.

Vouchers are issued in fixed values of 10 EUR.

The number of points required to redeem a 10 EUR voucher depends on your current membership status (see Section 6) at the time of redemption:

Gold Fox 2000 points

Points and vouchers are personal, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. Redeemed vouchers cannot be exchanged back into points. Vouchers cannot be used to pay shipping fees.

Important: If you use a voucher (e.g. 10 EUR) towards a purchase that totals less than the voucher amount (e.g. 8 EUR), the remaining balance (2 EUR) is forfeited and cannot be carried over or refunded.

If a purchase made using a voucher is returned or cancelled, the value of the voucher will not be reissued unless appliable law requires otherwise. 

Please note that the value of the voucher is allocated proportionally across all products in the order, and if you return only part of the order, the refund for the returned product will be reduced by the portion of the voucher applied to it. Points and vouchers used for the original purchase are considered consumed at the time of use and will not be reissued or refunded unless required by applicable law.

7. Exclusions
Certain purchases and actions are excluded from earning points, including:

  • Gift card purchases 
  • Shipping costs
  • Returned, cancelled or unpaid orders
  • Activities outside defined rules or limits
  • Purchases through third-party sellers or marketplaces

We may cancel previously awarded points if an underlying purchase or activity is later deemed invalid.

8. Inactivity
We reserve the right to deactivate your membership if you are inactive for more than 36 consecutive months. Inactivity is defined as neither making purchases that earn points nor redeeming vouchers during this time.

9. Termination

9.1. Termination by Member

9.2. Termination by us
We may terminate your membership with four weeks' notice or immediately for cause, including, but not limited to, fraud, abuse, manipulation or violation of the Program’s Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all collected points, benefits and rewards will expire. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.

We furthermore reserve the right to deactivate accounts that remain inactive for a period of 36 months or more, meaning that no purchases have been made that earn points and no vouchers have been redeemed during this time. Upon deactivation, any accumulated points, benefits or rewards will expire.

9.3. Termination of the Program
We reserve the right to terminate the Program as a whole by giving reasonable prior notice. In cases of legal, technical or business necessity, the Program may also be terminated with immediate effect. If the Program is terminated, all collected points, benefits and rewards will expire on the date of termination.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with reasonable notice. In case of legal, technical or business necessity reasons, changes may also be made without prior notice.

You will be notified of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions via email. The updated Terms and Conditions will also be published on our website. If you do not object to the changes within four weeks after notification, your continued participation will be considered as acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. If you object, the previous Terms and Conditions will remain in effect for you, but we reserve the right to terminate your membership with standard notice.

11. Data Protection
We process your personal data in connection with your participation in the Program. This includes information you provide when registering (e.g., name and email address), as well as data generated during your membership (e.g., purchase history, collected points, membership status, voucher balances, participation in events).

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Fulfillment of our services: Providing personalized benefits, rewards, offers, bonus activities, and related communications (usually by email).

  • Events and experiences: Inviting you to exclusive events, workshops, and managing your participation.

  • Email marketing and promotional communications: Sending personalized emails with information and updates about our products, campaigns and events for promotional purposes, and sharing your email address in pseudonymized form with third parties (e.g., Google, Meta) for the display of targeted advertising.

Legal basis: Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). By registering for the Program, you enter into a membership agreement with us, which includes your membership and associated benefits (e.g., personalized offers and club benefits) in exchange for your consent to receive marketing and promotional communications at the time of registration. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our communications, by updating your preferences in "My pages," or by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect your membership or the other core benefits you receive as part of the Program.

  • Analytics and statistics: Internal evaluations to measure and optimize the effectiveness of our Program services.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in planning and managing our business operations.

12. Governing Law / Jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to the laws of Sweden. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
