For ground packages it may take up to 8 business days after processing for packages to arrive. Please contact us if you do not receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information within 7 business days of your order date. We appreciate your understanding.

*All orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be shipped via Canada Post, regardless of shipping method selected.*
Once your order is packed and ready to leave the warehouse you will receive an email providing you with tracking information.
Fjallraven is not liable for lost packages when the shipping address is incorrectly provided at checkout.
Processing time can take up to 3 days for Items to ship and is not included in the shipping transit times.

Expedited Shipping Options
2-Day: Delivers within 2 business days
Priority Overnight: Delivers within 1 business day
Orders placed before 11am MT (Monday-Friday) with expedited shipping options will be shipped the same business day. Orders with expedited shipping placed after 11am MT or on weekends/holidays will ship out the follow business day.
