When low weight is a high priority, Eco-Shell Lightweight is the ideal material. It’s really packable, too, making it your best friend for multi-day trips when space inside your backpack is at a premium. And the extra stretchiness means it doesn’t restrict your movements. In short, it’s a great companion on active excursions. And, as with all our Eco-Shell garments, it’s impregnated with a PFC-free durable water repellent (DWR).

Eco-Shell

The PFC-free durable water repellency (DWR) treatment we use to impregnate the recycled polyester used to make Eco-Shell – and that will help keep you dry – needs to be reapplied more regularly than PFC-containing treatments. But we feel this is a price worth paying. But don’t worry! Re-impregnation is easy.
