We only ship to UK Mainland Note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or Army bases.

No shipments are going out on the following days: 24th and 25th of December 2021 and 1st of January 2022. During these days, the warehouse is closed.

FULLY TRACKED ONE-HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW
All deliveries are made by DPD couriers; your delivery will be fully tracked with updates by email and SMS (if you provide a mobile number) throughout the process. On the morning of your delivery, DPD will contact you with a one hour delivery window and the name of your driver. You will also be given the following options, available both online and via SMS:
Select an alternative delivery date
Have your parcel left in a specified safe place
Collect from your local DPD PickUp Shop
A signature is required on receipt; if no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with information on how arrange redelivery or collection.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order by using the tracking link in your order dispatch email or in the email & SMS from DPD.
Products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized (i.e. Kånken Me and Kånken Me Mini) are manufactured by third hand party and then delivered to our warehouse. Until delivery to warehouse you will not be able to track your shipment of the specific order.
