We only ship to Great Britain Mainland (England, Wales and Scotland). For placing an order to the Northern Ireland, please visit the EU website.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or Army bases.

*Please note that our shipping carriers will not be delivering on public holidays and weekends.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order by using the tracking link in your order dispatch email or in the email & SMS from UPS. 

UPS will make 2 delivery attempts to deliver your parcel at your delivery address. If a parcel cannot be delivered after the third attempt, it will be taken to a delivery depot near you.

For personalised items

Products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized (i.e. Kånken Me and Kånken Me Mini) are manufactured by third hand party and then delivered to our warehouse. You will not be able to track the parcel until it is shipped from our warehouse.
