HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

Fjällräven orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time can take up to 3 business days for items to ship and is not included in the shipping transit times. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder as well. 

Estimated Transit Times:

-Economy (4-8 business days from ship date)

-Expedited  (3-4 business days from ship date)

-Express (2-3 business days from ship date)*

-Priority (1-2 business days from ship date)*

**Express and Priority carriers do not deliver on weekends. Express shipping options are for physical addresses only. Not available for PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Express orders are not guaranteed to go out same day and may ship the following business day.

 

CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SHIPPING TIMELINE?

No. Transit times are estimated and apply to the lower 48 States. Shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 7-14+ days. We are unable to send replacements for orders that are delayed with the shipping provider.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

Our orders ship with a variety of carriers (FedEx, United States Postal Service, UPS) depending on the package. We cannot determine which carrier will be used before the order is placed.

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship to addresses in the Continental United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or US Virgin Islands currently. Orders cannot be placed in regions outside of the US for delivery to a US address. If the product is not available on the US website, we cannot facilitate an order.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES?

We do. Please be aware that delivery timelines are extended for these types of deliveries (7-14+ days). If you need the order quickly please use a physical address when possible.

WHERE DO ORDERS SHIP FROM?

Orders can ship from multiple locations. They typically ship from our warehouse in Colorado but can come from various retail locations across the country as well. Your package may be split into more than one package. If that occurs, you will receive multiple emails for tracking information.

MY ORDER IS DELAYED:

Please be aware due to weather, promotional periods, and holidays, we often see a delay in shipping times on all orders. Please contact us if you do not receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information within 7 business days of your order date. We appreciate your understanding.

​MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT:

We are happy to investigate lost packages after the shipping timeline has ended or a package has not had tracking updates for more than 5 business days. Please give the package this time to process before contacting us. 

Economy - 11 business days from order date

Expedited - 7 business days from order date

Express - 6 business days from order date

Priority - 5 business days from order date

MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I CANNOT FIND IT:

Please wait 72 hours from the delivery date before contacting us as packages can be marked as delivered early. We recommend checking with your neighbors, in your mailbox, with your building management, and surrounding delivery areas in the meantime. 

We are not liable for stolen or lost packages when the shipping address is incorrectly provided at checkout or the recipient is no longer at the provided address.
